Sprigasaurus By Elli Rutson: Textile Upcycler and Eco Seamstress

I’m a Cornish designer-maker; upcycling preloved, remnant or vintage textiles; creating a unique piece that doesn’t cost the earth.

Many of my makes are one of a kind using anything from a small remnant of textile to a vintage curtain. I take inspiration from the unique qualities of Cornwall, from the colours we see to being part of the effort to preserve something for future generations.

Moving towards a sustainable future we work to reduce the amount of textiles heading to landfill or destruction in the UK.
